The current world dynamics, essentially turned towards capitalism, tramples underfoot the social ideals which are based on the consideration of the human race, trying as best as possible to re-establish the social balance where the living conditions of the most affluent to the most deprived are improved.
In this capitalist perspective, the concern to help one’s fellow man disappears, leaving the poor and vulnerable without any way out and languishing in total misery.
Moreover, it is not superfluous to recognize that despite the efforts of the States in their regalian missions, notably the pursuit of the general interest, which shows through the improvement of the living conditions of the populations, even the most destitute, this task remains to be perfected through the community relays that are the civil society, the Non Governmental Organizations… it is in this perspective that Global Social Action was born.
